Outside the sheltered flats on baker street

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414236.

There is a lamp post not been working for over 2 years and they is 2 large trees outside these flats are massively overgrown and is impossible to pass as the branches are on the pavement this is a health and safety matter
