Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414297.
Somebody has hit the plastic bollard and driven off. Large piece of metal exposed at the bottom which school children can trap and twist their ankle on. Very dangerous and an eyesore. You may as well replace the other holes left on the street by the other bollards you have failed to maintain!
