Bollard on pavement creating a trip hazard

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414314.

A vehicle has mounted the pavement and smashed the Reflex Bollard. The internal metal components are sticking up out of the ground, creating a trip hazard in the middle of the pavement.
