Alley by 60 Garden leys

FixMyStreet ref: 6806517.

In alley next to no 60 a barrier was placed some time ago due to broken fence. The fence is now repaired but barrier still in alley way resting against fence belonging to no 60. The barrier is being moved occasionally as it’s a narrow alley. Please can it be taken away? Many thanks
