Left-hand side of the road, down grass verge..

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF015051.

6 black bin bags have obviously been thrown from a car which have found there way down the back along the grass verge, left hand side of the road travelling towards Broom and as shown on the map..
