A speed hump was laid and the drain was supposedly built up. The speed hump is not high enough as the traffic just sails over it. The drain is a mess. As you can see from the photo has not been completed properly. There are gaps around the drain which will quickly disintegrate. The problem is worse than before! Does anyone inspect the work done by these Contractors? This was completed yesterday.
