Road outside Greenleas School

Reported via Android in the Road Surface category anonymously at 08:47, Friday 28 March 2025

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421213.

The whole road section from Lomond Drive right up pass Greenleas school to Fyne Drive or further is breaking down completely. The road surface was poorly re surfaced last time. where rain water just sits and doesn't drain off to sides. Also the Greenleas school users are causing constant issues with parking on the bend at school time which is meant to be illegal. Signs are up but some people take no notice. Also the roads surrounding the school especially Lomond drive are littered with potholes and are breaking apart mainly due to the weight of the cars families are choosing to drive. Something needs to be done to stop families from unnecessary driving to the school. Kids who can be walked to school before mum or dad has to drive to work ought to be. It would help everyone's health.
