Why have you just closed this call and done nothing to repair this street lamp? It has been over 6 months not working and now you just close the call. If nothing is done to repair it this time I will involve the local MP to ask questions why the contractor has not fixed this problem asking if they are fit to support the lighting contract. Someone from the council should be raising this in a Service Review Meeting. Please attend site to assess the problem and fix the street lamp. Thankyou.
